Transnational business regulation in the conditions of integration processes

Main objective of our research is the development of ways of improvement of transnational business regulation in the conditions of integration processes based on justification of a new concept of multinational corporations for- mation (multinational corporation) and new approach to a phenomenon of operating integration structures in the Azerbaijan Republic. The paper offers the following classification of regulation process of multinational corporations through the following cumulative parameters: parameters of index indicators of multinational corporation: index of transnationalization of multinational corporation; an index of attracted entering investments of multinational cor- poration; index of potential investments. For effective regulation of SOCAR we offer a creation of a new structural division named as “Block of Regulation of Foreign Representatives” which main functions is the operating control over affiliated branches.
