The main factors affecting migration in modern conditions. Uncontrolled flows of labour lead to imbalances of supply and demand of labor. The transition of economy to an innovative way, will lead to changes in the structure of unemployment. In this regard, part of the population will face the need to change professions. Because of this, weak migration activity will slow the process of reallocation of labor resources. Thus, it is necessary to develop measures policy of the state on redeployment of redundant workers between regions and sectors of employment in accordance with the needs.
