AHE-positive areas of neuromuscular junctions of the surface mastication and digastric muscle were studied in the conditions of long-term dispergical feeding with the following conversion to the natural rodent feed. It was established, that feed consistence is an important factor of jaw apparatus muscles morphogenesis. The long-term dispergical feeding in early postnatal ontogenesis causes hypotrophy of jaw apparatus muscles, delays the muscle fibers and neuromuscular junctions differentiation, reduces innervations level and limits the opportunity of adaptive transformations of efferent innervation apparatus of digastric muscle by adult animals.
