Reinginizing business processes

In this paper, the concept and essence of business process reengineering is presented. The author considers the role of this methodology in improving the efficiency of the business process of the enterprise. The main categories of business processes exposed in the framework of reengineering are defined, and the main indicators of their effectiveness are systematized.
