Business process reengineering on the example of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor Office

New management and information technologies offer a means to achieve these goals by using two approaches: the reengineering of business processes and transition to a paperless management. In this paper, both of these approaches are considered, and some practical issues of record keeping in the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office are examined too.
