Rating of investment attractiveness of the Kaliningrad region

The article summarizes and discloses the theoretical aspects of investment attractiveness. The tendencies of changes in the level of investment attractiveness of the Kaliningrad region have been studied. The conditions and factors for the formation of the investment climate in the region have been identified. The analysis of changes in the parameters of the investment attractiveness of the Kaliningrad region is carried out. The parameters of the investment risk of the Kaliningrad region are considered. To assess the investment potential, the investment rating of Russian regions has been analyzed. The directions for increasing the investment attractiveness of the Kaliningrad region are also proposed.
