The rating of investment attractiveness of regions of the Customs Union

The joint ranking of all regions of Russia and Kazakhstan according to the criteria of investment attractiveness is made in the paper. The technique does not use expert estimates, it bases on the objective criteria and fuzzy statistics. The paper cites figures to the U.S. dollar at current rates. The joint results are sorted by rank from maximum to minimum, they generally correspond to official figures.
