Rating as a one of ways of evaluating investment attractiveness of Russia

Investments have an important role in developing of national economy in modern conditions. Foreign investments depend on a lot of factors, key of them is investment attractiveness of a country. Evaluating it by ratings is a way to express of aggregate different factors, which influence on decision of investor. At present this problem is quite actual for Russia, because during last 3 years such rating agency as Moody's and Standard & Poor's give it non-investment (speculative) level rating.
