Region's rating depending on the level of knowledge economy's development

The article discusses the ratings of regions in terms of the development of the knowledge economy. The methodology on an assessment of the cognitive potential of the region, which includes the production, distribution, storage and use of knowledge. The authors identified a weak vector activity increase the knowledge economy in the Siberian Federal District.
