Recommendations on the formation of a portfolio of orders for an enterprise of the military-industrial complex

The article is devoted to one of the most urgent tasks of increasing the efficiency of the management of the development of the state defense order - the formation of a portfolio of orders of enterprises of the military-industrial complex operating in conditions of uncertainty characteristic of economic systems. The purpose of the work: to show the possibility of using the resources of defense industry enterprises in relation to the considered schematization of the process of their functioning, modern approaches for adapting the process of managing the formation of the company’s order portfolio. The decisions taken should make it possible to ensure a dynamic effect. The methodology of the work is based on a systematic approach that allows for the management of the development of the state budget, taking into account the positive assessment of the development of the state and society. It is shown that the increasing risk of non-use of relevant resources due to the lack of suitable orders reduces the profitability of the functioning of the defense industry enterprise. The conclusion notes the consequences of using the appropriate resource in the future when forming the order portfolio of the defense industry enterprise.
