Recommendations on state stimulation of investment activity of enterprises of the military-industrial complex

The article is devoted to one of the constantly discussed topics of the development of the military-industrial complex - the directions of the development of the pricing system for defense products. The main pricing methods used in the military economy are highlighted. The ways of developing a pricing system based on statistical and engineering methods of analyzing the influence of various technological factors are considered, the tendency to switch to methods of “full” evaluation of the cost of products, regardless of labor intensity, is shown. The necessity of creating a modern effective pricing system based on an innovative and institutional approach is shown. It is shown that the new pricing system will require restructuring the organizational structures of enterprises with the inclusion of fundamentally new elements in them. The features of the application of investment approaches to substantiate and analyze the prices of contracts for the production of defense industry enterprises are disclosed.
