The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the real estate insurance market of the population on the basis of consumer activity. A study that showed that property insurance is in a leading place in the structure of the insurance market. The population takes care of their property and understands how important the risks that threaten their most valuable property are for them. Economic sentiments of the population affect the development of the economy through consumer activity. The most affordable way to increase consumer activity is offered.
