Recommendations for reducing the likelihood of mistakes by managers in agricultural production

This article examines the problems faced by managers in agricultural production and suggests ways to solve them. Special attention is paid to the key factors that create mistakes by managers, and how science can help preventatively reduce such mistakes. The measures aimed at training and advanced training of managers, the use of modern technologies, the development of critical thinking, psychological support, analysis and adaptation to changes, environmental education, financial planning and the exchange of experience and knowledge are proposed. The application of these measures will improve the efficiency of agricultural enterprises and make them more resistant to external influences.
