Recommendations for improving strategic management of municipal governance (on the example of the administration of the city district of the Balashikhа Moscow region)

The publication considers the problems of improving the strategic management of the municipality. On the example of the activities of the Administration of the Balashikha urban district, it is shown that in order to solve the existing problems in the development of strategic management of municipalities, we recommend that we use more actively the advanced achievements and technologies of strategic management, ensure the development and development of a comprehensive, scientifically based system of strategic analysis and management of the municipal formation, based on improving staffing, monitoring compliance with strategic documents for strategic management practices.
