The article focuses on evaluation of the methods for circumferential tracheal defect replacement. The technique for tracheal defect replacement using the revascularized intestinal autograft reinforced with titanium nikelide meander was developed and studied on mongrels. To stimulate peritracheal tissue regeneration, granulated titanium nikelide was applied to the outer surface of intestinal autografts. Our data suggest that reinforced revascularized intestinal autograft allows to reconstruct the circumferential tracheal defect.
