Recruiting staff in the digital transformation of today's organizations

The article describes the main subsystems of personnel management of an organization that is in the process of digital transformation in modern conditions. Digital transformation, considered as the process of integrating digital technologies into all business processes of an organization, involves fundamental changes in the personnel management system. The concept of personnel recruitment as a system of personnel selection for an organization is revealed, its varieties are shown, including external and internal recruiting, as well as the advantages of recruiting agencies for solving the problem of recruitment and selection of the organization’s personnel. A comparative description of the methods used in personnel recruitment is given, special attention is paid to digital recruitment tools and the prospects for their use in organizations. It is noted that the main factors that should be taken into account when considering the issue related to the digitalization of recruitment and selection of personnel in the organization can be used such as: the number of staff, staff turnover, the technologies used for recruiting personnel, the costs of acquiring and using digital tools. At the same time, the following metrics can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting personnel: the quality of hiring, the cost of hiring, recruiting performance metrics, the time to fill a vacancy, and the indicators of accepted offers.
