Recruitment in the regional political elite of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) as an entrance to the system

The article discusses the recruitment to the regional political elite as an entrance to the “regional political elite" system by studying the case of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) - a region that occupies one-fifth of Russia and has strategic (in terms of national security of the Russian Federation), geopolitical, industrial and environmental potential. This fact determines the relevance of the subject. The author classifies possible entrances to the “political elite" system, including nomenclature, administrative, municipal, intellectual, industrial-financial, engineering.
