The problem of optimization of the environment has been and remains extremely important, especially for industrial regions of our country. Particularly relevant at the present time, reclamation of waste dumps abandoned mines, which only in the Kemerovo region there are about 45. Documentation for the project "Reclamation of disturbed lands (stage 2) Open Joint stock Company "Mine "Capital" was performed by the limited liability Company "Kuznetsk pro- 159 НАУКИ О ЗЕМЛЕ ject company" on the basis of the assignment, approved by the Ministry of energy 11.05.2011. On the basis of "Act field survey of the disturbed lands of the Open Joint stock Society "Mine "Capital" was provided sanitary the direction of reclamation. Reclamation of dump rocks consisted of two basic stages: technical and biological. At the technical stage conditions were created for future use of disturbed lands. At the stage of biological reclamation are improving the properties of the created soil. This work was carried out on the establishment of vegetation on the recultivated territory. For planting in norm 62 kg/ha was used the following composition of grass mixtures: medicago sativa - 12 kg/ha; Bromopsis inermis - 25 kg/ha; Roegneria trachycaulon Nevski - 25 kg/ha; when hydroseeding in nome 70 kg/ha was used the following composition of grass mixtures: medicago sativa - 21 kg/ha; Bromopsis inermis - 20 kg/ha; Festuca pratensis - 29 kg/ha. At the moment terrikony completely disassembled, removed, ground levelled and reclaimed by all the rules, in accordance with the requirements. Reclamation of dump rocks beneficiation plant contributed to the improvement of the environment. So, emissions decreased for nitrogen oxides on 0,003459 tons/year, sulfur dioxide on 0,861464 tons/year, hydrogen sulfide 3,2131 tons/year, carbon oxide on 121,2887 tons/year, which overall helps to improve the environmental condition of the territory.
