The dielectric response of heterogeneous system, for example, fine-dispersed superficially active particles of mica shipped in a water polar matrix was studied. The obtained results confirmed the influence of electrically active surface of the hard phase on the structural changes in thin films of polar liquids and pointed to polylayer physically non-uniform structure of these films.
