Science and art religion - the 20 or the 21 century?

New methodology has shown possibility of formalization of databases in humanitarian and natural areas of knowledge by means of semantic-functional modelling of difficult systems. The constructed information models in cultural practice of modernization have come to the conflict to traditions of the believing scientists which identity was based on material traditions of the past. The method of allocation ideal in a difficult collision between aspects of religion and a science has helped to resolve this conflict.
