The paper presents brief characteristics of cedar-broad-leaved and broad-leaved forests developing in contact with dark coniferous formations of the boreal zone. They are of great interest from the phylocoenogenetic point of view. In the Anyuisky National Park these forests form the core of the reserved and protected forest areas, as in their tiers there are over 700 vascular plants. Among them, 280 are relict and 58 are included in the Red Books of the Russian Federation and Khabarovsk Territory. The author offers some recommendations on the development of recreation zones and areas of economic activity.
