Relativistic inertial celestial navigation and intelligent control of the solar cosmic satellite systems in Riemannian metric spaces under stochastic excitations. Pt. 3: relativistic inertial navigation (noninertial frame references in special and general relativity theory and Fermi coordinations)

Model and algorithm of relativistic inertial navigation in inertial and noninertial frame references of observer are considered. Peculiarities of space - time metric models with acceleration is described. Parallel displacement models as Fermi and Fermi - Walker are introduced. The description of Fermi coordinates is given.
