Model and algorithm of relativistic inertial navigation in inertial and noninertial frame references of observer are considered. Peculiarities of space - time metric models with acceleration is described. Parallel displacement models as Fermi and Fermi - Walker are introduced. The description of Fermi coordinates is given.
