The renaissance of nuclear power and corporate system of a professional training for the nuclear industry

The article deals with the basic tendencies in development of atomic engineering in the beginning of XXI century. Perception by the world community of nuclear technologies, re-structuring of the nuclear industry and an opportunity of reception of work in atomic engineering are considered. Processes of globalization which lead to essential transformation of the market of a manpower are estimated. Increase of a role of the intellectual capital in modern corporations which leads to necessity of their transformation in constant «the trained organization» is analyzed. The processes are realized in the nonconventional form -in the form of corporate university. In the article activity of an educational Consortium «the Russian Nuclear Innovative University», its programs, the purposes, projects and priorities is analyzed.
