Radiography in diagnosing the injuries of cervical posterior column

X‑rays, CT and MRI scans of the cervical spine have been analyzed in 70 patients with injuries. The diagnostic value of doubleview radiography has been assessed in the process of verifying cervical injuries. Lateral radiography has been established to provide the verification of posterior column in case of cervical injuries only in 45.3 % of the cases.
