A biocompatible bone plate has been developed, the surface of which has a relief structure and is coated with phosphorus, calcium, silver and copper. The so-called bioactive bone plates have a high biocompatibility with living tissues and bactericidal properties than traditional bone plates due to trace elements. The so-called bioactive bone plates have a high biocompatibility with living tissues and bactericidal properties than traditional bone plates due to trace elements. With the help of this plate, experiments were carried out on 96 experimental dogs in different geographical and climatic conditions (Bishkek, 780 m above sea level, Tuya-Ashu pass, 3200 m above sea level). The features of reparative regeneration of the femur were studied using X-ray examination at different stages of osteoreparation. It was revealed that when using a bioactive bone plate, the reparative process improves, providing a pronounced osteoreparative and bactericidal effect. Based on the results obtained, it can be argued that the feasibility of using a bioactive bone plate to accelerate the processes of osteoregeneration is high even under extreme geographical and climatic conditions.
