The roentgenometric diagnostics of femoral and tibial condyle dysplasia

The roentgen analysis of the anatomical structure of the knee biepiphyses by standard anterior-posterior (AP) view of x-rays has been made in 2 adult groups: 36 subjects with normal joints and 36 patients with gonarthrosis of dysplastic genesis. The anatomical parameters of femoral trochlea and tibial intercondylar eminence have been studied by the method of geometrical construction, their indices and angular values, allowing to make the screening diagnostics of dysplastic syndrome, have been determined.
