Бесплатный доступ

Analysis of clinical and instrumental examinations of 22 patients with Crohn’s disease is performed. Typical clinical characteristics of the diseases are presented. CT with bolus contrast injection effectively identified changes in the intestine that are typical for acute period of the disease, including thickening and three-layer structure of bowel wall, intestine rigidity, and enlarged lymph nodes. In remission period and for diagnosis of complications, the most effective technique was CT with orally administered contrast agent.
