The scientific and practical value of the research results is that the regularity of the participation of leukocytes in the change in the microrheological properties of blood was revealed, which must be taken into account in predicting microcirculation disorders in patients with hematological pathology, accompanied by a decrease in the number and quality of myeloid cells (agranulocytosis, central and peripheral cytopenia). In myeloma, a new additional mechanism of changes in the rheological properties of blood has been revealed, associated not only with an increase in plasma viscosity and, accordingly, with a total aggregation of erythrocytes, but also with a decrease in their disaggregation processes, which becomes most important in conditions of leukopenia. In patients with erythremia, in the development of hyperviscous syndrome, great importance is attached to microcirculatory disorders, the mechanism of which is associated with a leukocyte-dependent increase in the hydrodynamic strength of aggregates of rigid erythrocytes.
