Repertoire of army theatres of the Russian Far East during the Great Patriotic War

The Great Patriotic War demanded the immediate response form all artists and cultural workers of the country. The main task of the Far Eastern army theaters in this period was to create and to stage new works as soon as possible. The article is devoted to the work of the Red Banner Far Eastern Army Theater and the Red Banner Pacific Fleet Theater during the war years. Basing on archival sources, the author reveals the extent of their participation in maintaining the morale of soldiers in the Soviet Far East.
