The article discusses the features of the formation of regional personnel policy based on effective corporate methods of attracting personnel, the purpose of the proposed measures is the creation and development of social infrastructure and the labor market (human resources) in rural areas. Directions and measures of corporate social policy will allow regional agricultural producers to overcome the problem of shortage of qualified personnel.
