Solving the problem of import substitution in Russia under sanctions

The article examines the impact of economic sanctions of Western states on the development of the Russian economy in 2018-2023. In the course of the study, the factors preventing a quick solution to the problem of import substitution in Russia were identified. Measures are proposed to solve the problem of import substitution at the expense of the country's internal reserves. It is concluded that the growth of national production is impossible without active government intervention in the development of innovative and investment business activities. And the most effective scheme for the development of national production is implemented only in close mutually beneficial cooperation between the state, science, and business.
