The solution to the problem of safekeeping of municipal assets through the implementation of mechanisms of insurance risks: legal requirements and administrative expedience

The article considers in detail the author's system of arguments, economic, legal and managerial character of the necessity to implement the regular practice of municipal governance of market mechanisms for insurance of municipal property. Proven potential effectiveness of this approach both from the point of view of preservation of municipal property, and improving efficiency of managing municipal property as an economic basis, financial basis of local self-government.
