Solving the problem of resource saving at receiving the extract liquid from the collection of medicinal plants

Losses of valuable substances by production of extracts reach 40-50%. The developed engineering method of calculation the efficiency of repercolation with a complete cycle connects mathematical dependence the size of extraction efficiency with the size of ratio of phases and number of diffusers. As a result of the conducted researches on optimization of process of extraction the technological scheme of receiving extract liquid of the collecting consisting of eucalyptus leaves, herb of Origanum vulgare, creeping thyme herbs taken in the ratio 1: 1: 1. is developed. The actual efficiency of the offered technology averaged 82,61%. The assessment of quality of the developed extract according to requirements of GF and for the content pharmacological of active agents is carried out.
