Solution of social, economic and environmental problems of water consumption in a large city: innovative approach

In the article on the example of Izhevsk which is a large city social, economic and environmental problems of water consumption are analyzed, and also methods and ways of their effective solution are offered. The analysis of the existing problems in this sphere and definition of the directions of its development is carried out taking into account the use of methods of adoption of administrative decisions and determination of their economic efficiency. The authors proved that the actions directed on the increase of reliability of work of systems of water supply and water disposal in the large city, and development of such actions has to be carried out taking into account methods of the theory of adoption of administrative decisions.
