Decision of the question of staffing issue on aviation enterprise of the West Siberian administration of civil aviation in the middle of 1960-1980-ies

This article discusses the issues of training for the civil aviation authority identified the reasons for the growth of the air staff in the West-Siberian Department of civil aviation in 1960-1980's, especially the regulation of labour, causes of turnover are systematized.
