On solution to unform partitioning problem for airline flight schedule: heuristic algorithms

Two heuristic algorithms have been proposed in the paper for solution to the uniform partitioning problem for flight schedule. Both algorithms were applied to full-scale data of one of the major Russian airlines. A modification of business-process is advocated for an airline crew planning which enables one to increase efficiency and decrease labor costs.
