Decisions of meetings of business entities: historical and legal aspect

The article is devoted to the origin of decisions of meetings of economic societies. The main points concerning the procedure of decision-making and execution of assemblies in various historical periods: the decisions of assemblies in corporations of Ancient Rome, medieval associations and unions, in corporate organizations of pre-revolutionary Russia, the decisions of assemblies in Soviet law are set out in the text of the article.
