Republic of Bashkortostan and the start of construction of a federal state in Russia

This paper aims to make the scientific community of the Republic of Bashkortostan as well as of all the Russian Federation address the urgent problems arising from the current state of federal construction in our country. Some theoretical problems caused by the practice of federal construction in the Russian Federation are revealed, the ways of their further settlement are suggested. The main challenges accumulated in the course of federal construction in our country are determined, the ways to overcome them are propose
