The restorative obligation in the civil turnover

Article is devoted to reviewing of the issues related to the change of persons in the obligation of an invalid transaction (restorative obligation) with securing of execution of restorative obligation and its termination on grounds provided by the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the existing legal regulation and established judicial practice, in view of future changes of the civil legislation the admissibility of this dynamic of the restorative obligation is evaluated.
