Restructuring of the organization's innovation economy management sub-process

For the development of innovation activity, there is a need to research, measure the state and reform the sub-processes of managing the innovation economy of the organization. The study showed the presence of problems in the activities of the subprocess of managing the innovation economy of the organization. To eliminate contradictions and difficulties in the activities of this subprocess, adequate proposals for their elimination have been formed. A new technology for managing the innovation economy sub-process has been developed to improve its performance in the organization.
