Resource component of the system stability of the enterprise of the rocket and space industry

The article considers the concept of systemic stability, which is presented as a unity of three elements: resource, internal (transformational) and effective, which are interrelated and condition each other; factors affecting systemic stability, as well as issues of ensuring systemic stability and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the rocket and space industry (RSI). It is substantiated that the level of sustainability and competitiveness of industry enterprises in the long term are the determining factors in ensuring national security, increasing the prestige of the state in the international arena. The resource management concept is a methodological platform that ensures the formation of long-term competitive advantages and sustainability of enterprises in a dynamic external environment. The essence of the resource concept lies in the fact that the heterogeneity characteristic of enterprises can be stable due to unique resources and organizational abilities, which are at the same time a source of economic rent and, in this connection, determine the competitiveness of the enterprise. As part of the resource approach, the management of the interaction of the elements of the enterprise RSI as a system, processes and results of its activities is carried out on the basis of identifying and analyzing resource flows both within the enterprise and flows between it and the external environment.
