Resource centers as a tool of state support for socially oriented non-profit organizations (on the example of the city of Moscow)

The study is intended to raise the problem of how to analyze the activities of NPO resource centers as one of the main state support tools for socially oriented non-profit organizations as providers of main social services in the city of Moscow. As part of the conducted research, the main directions of work of the resource center of NPOs in Moscow on the issues of property, information, consulting and educational support of socially oriented organizations of the city were considered. The presented results make it possible to identify the best practices in the organization of state support for SONPOs in the conditions of the economic crisis and development of the social sphere in the city of Moscow. The conducted analysis of the activities of the Resource Center of NPOs in the city of Moscow allowed to systematize the work experience of the State Budgetary Institution of Moscow “Moscow House of Public Organizations” in the field of interaction and support of socially oriented projects.
