Resource indicators of science, technology and innovation for policy making in developing countries

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of indicators of science, technology and innovation (STI) for policy development in developing countries. The output of the work is identified indicators to prioritize efforts to build up their core STI statistical capabilities, as well as analysis of developing countries' STI policies, summaries and recommendations.
