The article reviews the various aspects of making recreational, fitness, and sports services more available. The article shows that reduction of costs in providing the sports facility with various kinds of resources - resource saving - eventually becomes a factor of recreational, fitness, and sports services availability. The article considers various ways of resource saving at sports facilities.
