Resources of civil society in the present political modernization of the Russian state: formation and innovation sources

The article deals with the analysis of the resource potential of a civil society at the current stage of political modernization of the Russian state. The author considers both traditional resources and innovative ones that form the resources of a civil society, defines their role in the development of a civil society in Russia.
