Resources of the nation-building on the regional level (case study of the Saratov region)

The article reviews regional resources of the nationbuilding incorporated as a complex of relationship between accepting community and some migration groups. Basing upon the undertaken research the author defines the main approaches to the compromise formula development which would comply with the principle of the territorial integrity of the country (or region) and guarantee rights of the people, nations, ethnic groups to carry out their ethno-cultural activities.
