Resources of Kyrgyz foreign policy

The article analyses the main material external resources of Kyrgyzstan, such are the State's geographical location, the availability of mineral resources, demographic composition, level of economic development. Disclosed their status, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses. It is noted that Kyrgyzstan is a mountainous country located in the heart of Central Asia, with its unique landscape and natural resources. Kyrgyz fate once in history, the whirlpools have absorbed European and Eastern culture. Building human capital in the country serve as a powerful resource for the foreign policy of the State. Low rates of economic growth and economic development of the Republic negatively affects the standard of living of the population, a large accumulation of external debt, lack of resources in dealing with the important tasks of the State, and as a consequence of vulnerability the country from both internal and external influences and the country's independence in foreign policy.
