A retrospective analysis of the fundamental affordability of housing in the Kaluga region

The article shows that the achievement of the target indicator of the national project in the field of housing and the urban environment - an increase in housing construction - must be considered through the prism of housing affordability. A retrospective analysis of the fundamental affordability of housing based on the housing affordability coefficient was carried out. The socio-economic significance of the problem and the variety of factors affecting housing affordability determine the relevance of monitoring, assessing and forecasting housing affordability.
