Audit of the criminal procedure code of the Russian federation on the example of revival of institute of return of criminal cases for additional investigation

Changes in the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation, 2001, adopted in the last few years, allow to conclude that the Institute of returning criminal cases for further investigation, not found their place in the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation at the moment of its adoption, in fact revived. At the present time in the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation there are no barriers to the production of a full-fledged additional investigation on returned by the court the criminal case with any stage of the trial.
