Бесплатный доступ

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common chronic inflammatory diseases of the joints (about 1% in the population), a steadily progressive, recurrent course with exacerbations and periodically decreasing activity, manifests itself as damage to the articular cartilage and marginal areas of the bone. The development and progression of the pathological process in the joints occurs in the first years of the disease, therefore, the "therapeutic opportunities" are small, urgent problems of early diagnosis and pharmacotherapy of this disease.
